223 ENTRY PLAQUE

The excellent design was produced by Carl Reynolds and Dave Gingell during a lesson at 'Schools' during the apprenticeship.
It depicts the three Flights we were accommodated in which were also on all three Wings, York (3 Wing), Comet (1 Wing) and Jaguar (2 Wing).
The 'Small But Deadly' came about due to the high attrition rate of the entry @ 40%.
