will be spending each evening in the Seymour Suite which is very nice
and with it's own bar.
It will be the usual format with a Buffet on the first evening and a Carvery on the second with the prices: 1st evening

Executive Room add the following onto the above prices: To get these rates you MUST quote the code BIA when calling the hotel to book your room (Just
for information I just booked my room directly online which was
currently cheaper than The minimum numbers I will be contracted to are
35 persons for each evening for
meals as well as the cost of 15 rooms once
allocated, so if you book a room you will still have to
pay for it even if you need to cancel and it is
